Our hat replacement program is the first of the kind for hats. Because our badges will last WAAAY longer than the hat ever will, we'll replace the hat and polish the badge for you and put it on the new hat. It's like getting 2 hats!
- If you purchase a hat direct from us the please just send us an email at customerservice@patriotforgeworks.com with your order number and name and we'll send you an email confirmation. Send us the hat back and we'll cover the new hat, polishing, and shipping back to you.
- If you purchase or have a hat from a business client of ours (example: you got a hat as an employee of a company), then there is a small shipping and handling fee of $4.50 ($8.50 if you purchased your hat somewhere else). Just reach out to us via email with your name and the company you work for or bought the hat from. customerservice@patriotforgeworks.com

We use Stainless Steel for our badges that are made here in the USA. So they won't rust, tougher than the hat they're on and aren't magnetic (in case you walk under a giant magnet).

All the badges are made here in the USA and assembled in Florida. Currently our hats our sourced offshore, but we're working on getting those made in the USA too.

Nope. The bolts go through just enough to secure with a nut and we use only structured caps so it won't touch your melon.

Well first off these are stainless steel, precision cut metal badges that are hand assembled on each hat. You don't find these in Walmart. Second, we also include our HAT REPLACEMENT PROGRAM so you basically get 2 superior hats for the price of a regular, boring off the shelf embroidered hat (no offense to embroidered hats).

Yep, although we don't recommend doing it in the washing machine, the dishwasher is your better bet. Here's a good article on how to spot clean the sucker and wash it in the dishwasher.

We've all got different shaped craniums. Although we use hats that fit comfortably for most people, if for whatever reason, your hat doesn't fit quite right, let us know and we'll exchange for one that fits ya better. Just email us at customerservice@patriotforgeworks.com

Definitely! The rate applies to the APO facility's zip code in the
United States. Be sure to enter the country as United States, the city
as APO or FPO, the state as Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces
Pacific (AP), or Armed Forces America (AA), and the APO zip code. The
tracking information will only tell you when the order gets to the
facility, then it's in the military's hands to get it there, so please
be as specific as possible with the unit when filling in the address
information.
